Guesthouse in peaceful surroundings in Jekaragøta, Yviri við Strond, with an excellent view over the Nólsoy fiord. Ideal for individuals, couples as well as small families. Skansin consists of a guesthouse and two apartments.
 
This part of Tórshavn offers opportunity to enjoy the natural scenery. The shore is just a few metres away and a short walk takes you to Boðanes where people like to stroll and enjoy the nice weather. Moreover, Tórshavn's old fort and prison, after which the guesthouse is named, is just across the street. And if you should wish to work out, there is a fitness centre in the same street.
 
Skansin has cooking facilities for the guests and the nearest mini market is only 200 m away. The location is generally quite central with only 300 m to the bus and ferry terminal and about the same to the nearest café.
 
We can offer rooms with TV and refrigerator. 15 rooms with shared toilet and bath, and 4 rooms with private toilet and bath.
